Resort Land & Zee is a new, modern hotel with a unique architectural design. The hotel is located opposite the dunes that lead to the North Sea Beach. All rooms have large windows and a terrace. Each hotel room has a private bathroom. The restaurant and its terrace offer a splendid view of the surrounding water. Here you can enjoy breakfast, a cappuccino and even lunch or a romantic dinner. The Grevelingenmeer is located 250 meters from Resort Land & Zee. Furthermore there are various walking and cycling routes in the area. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 20.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night in a baby cot.
One child from 3 to 14 years is charged EUR 39.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.95 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
